Preheat the grill to high.
Place the focaccia onto an oven tray. Follow the packet instructions because it may need to be precooked. Then, spread on some of the passata.
Top with as much mozzarella cheese as you want. Tear half the basil leaves and place onto the cheese.
Place the pizzas into the hot grill, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from the grill and garnish with the rest of the basil leaves. Serve immediately!
