How do I know if my local Butcher is certified by HMC or not?
There are 3 essential things to check and look out for in a genuine HMC certified outlet. They are
(1) An A3 Yellow sticker on the window or door
(2) A valid, up to date certificate on display in the outlet
(3) the outlet details on the HMC website.
If any of these three are missing then questions should be asked at the outlet and/or by contacting HMC (by Phone or Email).
