Grate the Onion very finely into a bowl, then sieve it to squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible. Add onion to the lamb mince in a large bowl

Add the remaining ingredients and combine them (by hand)

Form into balls and refrigerate for up to 12 hours

Cook in a lightly oiled frying pan or a griddle pan over a medium heat until golden brown.

Serve with flatbread, yogurt and salad
