HMC does not certify Liffey Meats in Ireland as claimed by HFA in their recent press release.
In a press statement issued today by HFA (5th February 2013) the company states that one of HFA’s certified plants involved in the DNA pork scandal sourced meat from Liffey Meats.
HMC wishes to confirm that HMC UK does not certify Liffey Meats in Ireland as falsely claimed by HFA. HMC has therefore written to HFA demanding a retraction and that this mis-information is immediately removed.
